Kärnsund Wood Link invests in the building materials trade sector. From being a supplier of exclusive wooden materials to the manufacturing industry and boatyards, sales to a new and exciting market is initiated this autumn.

Kärnsund Wood Links already broad range of exclusive wooden material will now through an acquisition of building materiasl wholesaler, FLINTX, be joined by several strong construction products. Kärnsund becomes exclusive distributor of FLINTX Multiflex board, EASIKLIP, massive wood floors and Nobelwood which is a unique alternative to hardwood.

We will offer our network and our knowledge on worldwide purchasing, expertise in exclusive wood materials and solutions for logistics and customized delivery. In cooperation with leading swedish purchasing organisations, we expect to become an attractive partner for the building materials trade.
During the spring Mats effort has been concentrated in business and organization development. The result of this work includes an investment in the building materials trade. The former distributor - FLINTX - is now part of Kärnsund Wood Link. At the same time a new website is launched. "It feels very natural to take this step now. We have had a very good cooperation with FLINTX and the fact that FLINTX now becomes part of Kärnsund Wood Link feels invigorating,"says Mats Asserlind and adds. "We have previously sold to building materials retailers, and now we will become more dedicated and able to offer a better service and more resources for our dealers". The investment in the building materials trade also means that new staff will be recruited this fall.
