QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
Karnsund Wood Link actively pursues quality and environmental issues in order to develop and streamline business operations to be able to meet customer and suppliers demands and expectations. In the spring 2013 Kärnsund Wood Link were certified according to EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001.
The management system gives the company a very good platform for a structured way to capture enhancement requests, problems and shortcomings and initiate activities to improve and develop our business.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management systems, tool to create customer satisfaction and develop and improve the quality of the company’s products and services. The ISO 9001 standard requires improvement and development of the company’s methods and processes.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ISO 14001
ISO 14001 is also an international standard related to environmental management designed to help organizations minimize how their operations negatively affect the environment and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other environmentally oriented requirements. It is also a requirement to continuously improve in the company’s impact on the environment eg emissions to air, soil or water.

Karnsund Wood Links ISO quality- and environmental management system was built with help from Samcert AB and audited and certified by the authorized certification body RISE Research Institutes of Sweden.
